Nature-loving Haley feels right at home at Esperance
Hello to our new village manager!
A very warm Esperance welcome to Haley Seymour!
Our new Village Manager has quickly become part of the Reside family and is loving the lifestyle at our luxury waterfront community.
Haley brings a wealth of experience in both village management and strata property management, making her an excellent fit for our community. With a strong background in the retirement living sector, she has worked extensively with Aveo across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland, developing a deep understanding of resident needs and village operations.
She said it was fantastic to be working with such great people at Reside.
“The staff are terrific and the residents love living here,” she said.
“The facilities here are great too. I get such a good feeling when I come in that I really look forward to starting my day. It’s busy, varied and pretty vibrant.”
In her spare time Haley loves spending time with her family and getting out in nature.
“The Gold Coast is a wonderful place to live,” she said.
“We have beautiful beaches and incredible hinterland to explore. I enjoy a camping adventure and like to take off my shoes and go barefoot as much as possible when I’m not working.”
Known for her strategic thinking and resident-first approach, Hayley is committed to ensuring that Esperance Hope Island continues to be a welcoming and well-managed community.
Her ability to think laterally and find innovative solutions will certainly support the ongoing enhancement of village life – we’re lucky to have her!
