On hand to welcome residents and guests, receive parcels, assist with administrative duties and answer day-to-day queries.
Offering a hotel-style service, our Concierge is one of the linchpins of the village community. Responsible for coordinating activities, events and resident groups, this role brings a unique and vibrant atmosphere to the village.
A hand-picked team of people looking after the grounds, the communal areas and individual residents’ homes.
Our friendly bus driver will be a popular figure around the village, helping residents get to and from local trips.
Our compassionate Care Coordinator will be available to provide information and assistance on care options, facilitate home care services and help residents navigate funded home care.
