Full steam ahead on the construction of Stage 3
Building work is progressing well as our vibrant retirement community gets ready to grow
We’re excited to share that Stage 3 construction at Esperance Hope Island is progressing on schedule, with several exciting milestones reached in the past month.
June has seen significant activity across the site, bringing us closer to delivering the next stage of our exclusive waterfront community.
Key construction highlights include:
- Level 3 concrete slab complete
The final concrete pour for Level 3 has been successfully completed, marking another major milestone in the vertical construction of Stage 3.
- Precast panel installation underway
Installation of precast panels for Level 3 has commenced and will continue throughout the coming week.
- Level 4 construction about to begin
With the Level 3 panels in place, preparations are already underway to begin forming Level 4, which is scheduled to start next week.
- Villa progress on track
Our villa precinct is also taking shape, with five additional slab pours scheduled throughout July. These luxury homes are progressing well and are a key feature of the Stage 3 release.
Stage 3 - Harmony - will bring a stunning new collection of luxury villas and apartments, offering the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and community living.
Homes feature luxury kitchens, open plan living areas, generous balconies or courtyards, separate laundries and walk-in robes. Many will also have media rooms and study nooks.
Residents also get to enjoy an array of 5-star facilities, including a health club with an indoor therapy-focused pool, yoga and Pilates studio, gym, health consulting rooms and group fitness lawn. There is also a hair and beauty salon, cinema, café, bar, library and private dining room with caterer’s kitchen and wine storage.
Esperance also features a large central green plaza complete with water features, walking paths and lush lawns, plus a boardwalk running the full length of our 150-metre canal frontage.
