Esperance’s future residents celebrate the festive season together

The Esperance Hope Island Christmas party was a tremendous success, as our future residents gathered to toast the festive season at the InterContinental – Sanctuary Cove.

This was the latest opportunity for members of our community to meet in a casual setting, helping friendships to grow before anyone has even moved into their brand-new residence next year.

A group of Esperance residents chose to demonstrate their community spirit by wearing the same shirts, adding to the friendly and relaxed mood.

Reside Communities Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Glen Brown, was on hand to welcome the guests along with Chief Operating Offer (COO), Craig Syphers, and Esperance Sales Manager, Justin Daniels.

A selection of canapes and beverages were served while everyone enjoyed mingling and listening to the live musical performance. A few lucky guests even won a selection of prizes including a Christmas hamper and bottles of wine.

The Christmas party added to an exciting year with more than 60% of residences within Stage One being snapped up by retirees eager to experience a resort-style, waterfront retirement in this stunning Gold Coast location.
