Strong progress as construction of Stage 3 advances
Hitting key milestones on site
Construction at Esperance continues to progress steadily, as works advance on both the villas and the main building.
Roofing works have now been completed, marking a significant step in sealing and protecting the structure while internal construction continues. This milestone allows trades to progress more efficiently within the building as the development moves further into the finishing stages.
Across the villas, framing of the final homes is nearing completion, with internal wall sheeting now underway. External parapets have been completed and flashings are currently being finalised to ensure weatherproofing integrity. Glazing installation is also nearing completion, bringing the villas closer to lock-up stage, while scaffolding is progressively being removed as external works are finalised.
Inside the main building, works are advancing across multiple levels. Final fit-out works are underway on Levels 1 and 2, including the installation of fixtures, finishes and detailing. Flooring installation has commenced on Level 3, while tiling works are progressing on Level 4. Waterproofing is currently underway on Level 5, and Level 6 has now been closed in with plaster setting works progressing.

On the upper levels, framing has been completed on Level 7, with internal sheeting scheduled to begin shortly. Level 8 continues to take shape, with roof eaves now fully framed and sheeting set to commence soon. Once complete, framing of the external walls will begin ahead of wall sheeting installation.
Externally, raised planters have been fully waterproofed to ensure long-term durability, while structural steel installation between the raised deck and pool area has commenced and is progressing well.
With multiple trades working concurrently across the site, construction continues to move forward with strong momentum.
