Internal finishes are now underway as Stage 3 comes to life

It’s full steam ahead at Esperance Hope Island as construction continues to advance across both the villas and main building, with steady progress visible throughout the community.

Work on the villas is moving forward well, with internal finishes now underway alongside external painting and landscaping works, bringing these homes closer to completion.

Within the main building, activity is progressing across all levels as the project moves through its final stages. Lower levels are nearing completion, with final touches, flooring and defect inspections underway, while upper levels continue to take shape with fit-off works, flooring installation and internal finishes progressing.

Externally, façade works are continuing, with feature elements and detailing being installed as scaffolding is progressively removed, revealing more of the building’s final form.

As construction continues to move ahead, residents can expect to see further visible progress across the site in the coming weeks, with each stage bringing the community closer to completion.
