Homes taking shape as construction powers ahead
Full steam ahead on site
We’re pleased to share this month’s construction update for Esperance, with steady momentum continuing across the site as works progress through multiple levels of the building.
Over the coming weeks, residents and neighbours may notice increased activity as several key construction stages move forward. Roofing works to the tower are set to commence shortly, marking an important milestone as the building begins to be weatherproofed. Villa construction is also progressing well, with framing, parapets and glazing works continuing to take shape and define the final form of each home.
Within the main building, Level 1 is nearing completion, with final works now underway including carpentry items, service fit-offs and carpet installation. Joinery installation is progressing on Level 2, while tiling works continue on Level 3, contributing to the finished look of internal spaces. Level 4 screeding is currently underway in preparation for flooring finishes, and setting works on Level 5 are progressing, focusing on internal walls and ceilings.
Further up the building, rough-in works are taking place on Level 6 to allow for the installation of services, while party wall construction is underway on Level 7. Structural steel works on Level 8 are nearing completion, with roof sheeting expected to commence shortly, further enclosing the upper levels of the building.
