Final works underway on Stage 3

Construction at Esperance Hope Island continues to progress well, with the removal of the tower crane marking another important milestone as Stage 3 moves steadily towards completion.

Works are progressing across levels inside the main building, with defect inspections and rectification underway on Levels 2 to 6. On Levels7 and 8, final trade works and detailing are continuing, including joinery completion and appliance installation, bringing these areas closer to completion.

Level 1 work remainstemporarily on hold while external construction progresses around this area,allowing works to resume safely and efficiently as the surrounding areas arecompleted.

Externally, roofing works are continuing over Villas 305 and 306, while podium works are progressing with waterproofing, rendering and walkway framing. With the tower crane now removed, the team can also continue completing the remaining external elements around the building.

The pool area is also advancing,with tiling now complete and landscaping preparations underway. Soil has beenplaced in the planter boxes ahead of planting works commencing shortly.

Within the common areas, fire door installation and completion works are continuing, while temporary electrical services are being progressively removed from the tower as permanent power and building services become operational. In the basement carpark, Zone 1 is being cleared and prepared for the first stage of line marking, with cleaning, finishing and services works continuing progressively across the remaining areas.
