Exciting times as construction progresses on Stage 3 - Harmony

There's plenty to get excited about at Esperance Hope Island, as construction of Stage 3 powers ahead.

As progress continues steadily across all areas of the site, a number of exciting milestones have recently been achieved, and several new stages are now underway.

On Level 2, all essential services have now been roughed in, marking a major step forward in preparing the building’s interior, while on Level 3, service rough-ins are progressing smoothly, keeping the build on track, and on Level 4, the concrete slab has been poured, forming the solid base for vertical construction to continue.

It’s fantastic to see all initial villa slabs are also complete, laying the groundwork for the next phase of villa construction.

In the pool area, early works on the pool have now commenced and are advancing well.

So what’s next?

Formwork for Level 5 is around 50 per cent complete and, weather permitting, will be finalised by the end of this week, after which, steel reinforcement will be installed in preparation for the next concrete pour.

Final villa slab pours are scheduled throughout August, continuing progress across the villa precinct with blockwork on the villas now well underway and moving steadily.

On Level 1, service fit-outs and structural steel installation are ongoing, while poolside structural works will continue.
