Excitement on site as we hit key construction milestones

Construction is well underway at Esperance Hope Island, as Stage 3 'Harmony’ comes to life.

Our teams have been working diligently to prepare the site for the next phase, ensuring every element of the build continues to advance safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

The villa blockwork has now been completed, with the installation of the roof structural steel well underway - an important step that brings these homes closer to their final form.

Meanwhile, in the tower, framing has been completed across the lower levels, and internal sheeting is progressing smoothly. Essential services installations are also taking place through the middle levels, laying the groundwork for future finishing works such as electrical, plumbing, and climate control systems.

A key highlight this month has been the completion of the Level 7 structure, marking another significant milestone in the tower’s vertical progress. Next month, the team’s focus will shift to the Level 8 structure. This is the final level before the tower is topped out, signalling an exciting phase in the project’s journey.

Meanwhile, in the pool area, the planter box surrounding the base of the pool is beginning to take shape, setting the scene for the lush landscaping that will enhance the community’s beautiful outdoor spaces.
