Excellent progress on Stage 3 with completion of the pool structure

Celebrations were called for on site this month, following the successful completion of the new pool’s concrete structure and surrounding planters.

Tiling of the pool area is now scheduled to commence early in the new year, with work on Level 1 nearing completion and tiling and joinery now in their final stages.

On Level 2, waterproofing works have commenced, an important step in preparing the area for further finishes. Joinery installation is also underway, showing steady progress as the level takes shape.

For Levels 3 and 4, internal wall framing is nearly complete, which is allowing painting works to begin. This marks a visible step forward as these spaces start to take their final form.

Level 5 is also progressing well, with service rough ins, including electrical and plumbing, underway alongside wall framing. This work continues to build the internal structure of the level.

Service rough ins have commenced on Level 6, preparing the level for the next stages of construction.

Meanwhile, Level 7 has now been backpropped in preparation for the construction of Level 8, supporting the next phase of vertical progress on the building.

Construction of the villas is also advancing steadily. Roofing works are almost complete, while blockwork walls and structural steel have now been finished. Internal wall framing has commenced, allowing the villas to begin taking their internal form.
