Esperance site comes back to life after the Christmas break

It’s been a bright start to 2022 at Esperance Hope Island on the beautiful Gold Coast as the site came back to life after the Christmas and New Year break.

Passers-by can easily appreciate the grand scale and waterfront orientation of Esperance’s Esprit building, which is revealed as never before by the scaffolding silhouette rising steadily above ground level.

Last year finished on a high note thanks to the timely completion of the initial Level 1 slab pour and erection of supporting columns to the underside of Level 2.

This work allows our construction teams to commence the second pour that will finish the Level 1 slab.

Completing the inground works is another priority, with most services now installed to the site.

There has also been substantial progress on the new substation and fire pump rooms within Stage 2. This work continues in preparation for the installation of new electrical transformers.

Esperance’s impressive location at the heart of Hope Island is matched by the community’s resort-style comforts which will make every day feel like a holiday.

An exclusive alfresco area known as The Commons will offer shaded cabanas close to the water – the perfect spot to meet friends for a barbecue. Alternatively our residents can enjoy a soothing swim at The Baths indoor/outdoor pool area or practise their golf game at the private putting green.
