Future residents are witnessing a rapid transformation of the Hope Island skyline as the final touches are being made to Esperance’s first building, Esprit.
The vision of delivering a vibrant and connected lifestyle at Esperance is one step closer for our future residents as the final structural elements of Esprit are completed.
Taking the development to exciting new heights, the structural sheeting for the roof has now been installed and sheeting will occur over the coming weeks.
In a big construction milestone, sheeting and painting are now complete on the ground floor with all glass installed.
The electrical fit off has been completed and joinery installation has also commenced. The floor to ceiling glass walls have been installed in the Level 2 community facilities and joinery has been installed in the amenities.
Sheeting is now complete on Level 3 and preparations have commenced for the interior to be painted. Joinery installation will follow the painting.
All services have been roughed in on level 4 and 5 and sheeting is now underway. Level 6 services have also started being installed.
The ground slabs for the basement parking have been poured and the formwork for the podium suspended slab is currently being prepared.
The luxury community will soon become home to many that are eagerly awaiting the completion of the first building’s 76 architecturally designed two and three-bedroom residences, exclusive recreation amenities including a cinema, bar, café, library, private function and dining rooms, and outdoor barbecue and entertaining spaces.
Only a limited number of two and three-bedroom apartments remain within Esperance’s first stage.
Stay tuned next month for the latest update.
