Construction moves closer to completion

Construction continues to progress at Esperance, with the latest stage moving closer to completion and significant progress now visible across the community.

With scaffolding between the stages fully removed, the transformation of the podium and surrounding community areas can be fully appreciated. Podium paving is nearing completion, while line marking within the new car parking areas has also been completed.

Inside, the lobby is taking shape as final finishes are installed, including feature timber panelling and smoked mirrors, bringing warmth and character to the new space.

Work is also advancing across the barbecue and pool areas, with poolside timber decking scheduled to commence shortly. Once complete, these new outdoor spaces will provide residents with additional areas to relax, entertain and socialise.

Elsewhere, final trades are progressively working through the new tower, completing outstanding items and finishes as construction enters its closing stages.

The villas are also progressing well, with landscaping to the front of the homes expected to commence shortly, providing another important finishing touch to the new streetscape.

With work advancing across the residences, landscaping and community facilities, Esperance’s newest stage is continuing to take shape as it moves towards completion.
